Family Vet begins Pet ID Cards

Just recently, Family Veterinary Hospital began distributing Pet ID cards to interested pet owners.  The cards have the pet's photo (if one was taken at one of their visits), has proof of vaccination, rabies tag number, microchip number, allergy information and size, breed and pet's weight.

 

The ID also allows pet parents to access some of their pet's medical records on-line, at www.family-vet.com.
