Vaccination - Newer Methods We Use Reduce Risk of Cancer Caused by Traditional Injections

Dr. Chau strongly believes in the benefit of the newer vaccine types using Recombinant technology. Recent studies have suggested there is a decrease in the likelihood of some cancers using this newer method, and less likelihood of sickness that can be caused by the vaccine. Family Veterinary Hospital of Stone Ridge carries mostly recombinant vaccines, since we believe its better for the patient and makes sense to minimize any unnecessary side-effects whenever reasonably possible.

The Council for Agriculture Science and Technology points to traditional vaccine injections as being responsible for the formation of muscle cell tumors. The vaccines that Family Vet carries are administered subuctaneously and has been shown to greatly reduce the risk of tumors that form as a result of more traditional vaccines.
