Dr. Chau shows off the rewards of a recent cystotomy (removing bladder stones from a dog). These are some of the largest bladder stones that Dr. Chau has seen in a long time (though she notes she has seen some even larger). The surgery went well. Below are photos of the stones, as well as an excellent x-ray. In the x-ray, you can begin to appreciate the size of the stones relative to the patient.
